Go to Cazmo Club or the Garage, when the screen is loading to come in that room, rapidly right click everywhere on the screen, when the screen is done loading you could be able to walk on the walls

MONEY TREE:

You can find money trees around, almost each area of PC but the best place to double your amount of money is at the mall.
